Led by a panel of accomplished local theatre professionals, come gain valuable tips and insights from experienced experts in the field. Enhance your theatre skills with practical knowledge and industry expertise!
Monologues Mainstage: A Monologue Competition Open to the public 2p-5p
Judged by a panel of professionals, come out to compete in our inaugural monologue competition at Silver Spring Stage. Monologues must be no longer than 90 seconds. The Winner will receive season tickets to the 2024/2025 Silver Spring Stage season as well as a full membership to the Actor’s Center.

The Road to Opening: A Producing Workshop 12p – 1p
Led by veteran producer Karen Fleming, join us for a riveting discussion regarding the nuts and bolts of producing in community theatre. Karen will share what has worked for her in the past and what to expect as a producer. We will have a networking potluck after the workshop so please bring a dish.
