Silver Spring Stage Receives Grant to Support Stage Managers and Workshops

Silver Spring, MD – Silver Spring Stage is thrilled to announce that we have received a generous grant from the Foundation for Stage Managers. This funding will directly support our dedicated stage managers as well as upcoming stage management workshops later this season, reinforcing our commitment to providing opportunities for both emerging and experienced theatre professionals.

Stage managers are the backbone of every production, ensuring smooth operations from first rehearsal to final curtain. With this grant, we can offer resources, training, and financial support to the talented individuals who bring our productions to life.

“We are so grateful to the Foundation for Stage Managers for recognizing the importance of supporting these crucial theatre artists,” said [Your Name, Executive Director]. “This grant will help us continue fostering a culture of excellence and sustainability in stage management at Silver Spring Stage.”

Stay tuned for details on our upcoming workshops and initiatives! In the meantime, if you’re interested in getting involved as a stage manager, assistant stage manager, or participant in our workshops, please contact volunteer@ssstage.org for current opportunities
